Rising singer-songwriter Logan Taylor continues to carve her place in the modern pop-rock landscape with the release of her new single, “Tequila Sunrise”—a warm, rhythm-driven track that fuses nostalgic storytelling with cinematic production. Following the success of her emotionally raw debut “White Wolf” and the critically praised “Some Other Woman” and “Anna” ( approaching 1 million combined streams across Spotify), Taylor’s fourth release further showcases her gift for vivid lyricism and genre-spanning soundscapes.

Blending pop-rock with undertones of folk and synth-infused Americana, “Tequila Sunrise” is propelled by steady grooves, layered guitars, and Taylor’s distinctive vocal delivery. The track explores the emotional gravity of returning to a person, a place, and a version of oneself thought long gone.

“It’s that fleeting moment when past and present blur, and for one night, you let yourself believe that maybe this time, they’d stay”, explains Logan.

Originally written just before a formative trip, Taylor held tightly to the original energy of the song’s demo. When it came time to record in Nashville, she preserved that spirit, keeping the original synth lines and guitar riffs, while building the track out with live instrumentation and subtle new textures. The result is a sound both intimate and expansive.

“Tequila Sunrise” is the latest taste of Taylor’s forthcoming debut album ‘Light Me Up’ (Due for release in August), a record years in the making that promises a collection of honest, emotionally charged songs that reflect her journey as a songwriter, storyteller, and artist.

With each release, Logan Taylor proves herself as a voice to watch, rooted in heartland authenticity and reaching toward something timeless.
