With a voice as searching as his name implies, Lost Individual—the solo project of Vienna singer-songwriter Lukas Wallner—emerges with a stunning 10-track debut album titled ‘a human experience’. The album is anchored by the poignant lead single, “Part of Me,” a heartfelt reflection on inner conflict, written and recorded with Wallner’s signature blend of folk intimacy, pop vulnerability, and instinctive songwriting.

"It's about inner conflict — one part of me wants to live, while at the same time there's another part that just wants to run away," Wallner shares of the single.

Starting simply, as all his songs do—guitar in hand, vocals raw and unfiltered—Wallner crafts his sound from the ground up. Later brought to life in the studio with his brother, who also serves as producer, “Part of Me” sits at the heart of the album’s emotional arc.

The full-length project, a human experience, takes listeners on a deeply personal journey through feelings of disconnection, longing, and identity—from the searching opener “where i belong” to the cinematic, melancholic release of closing track “ocean waves.” Across these 10 songs, Lost Individual balances delicate acoustic arrangements with sweeping, atmospheric production, moving from stripped-down vulnerability to soaring emotional crescendos.

Lost Individual’s music is rooted in feeling, not formula. He writes from instinct, not overanalysis, and the result is a body of work that feels raw, relatable, and deeply human—a vulnerable exploration of what it means to exist in the modern world with all of its contradictions.

For fans of singer-songwriter, folk, acoustic pop, and emotionally driven storytelling, this debut marks the arrival of a compelling new voice in independent music.
