The album’s lyrical content offers a diverse range of subject matters, the band explains, "Lyrically, we wanted to cover a range of themes from political scandals to personal topics like betrayal and tragic loss." The album also features lighter themes, including humorous takes on ex-partners and motivational messages about self-reliance and pursuing happiness.
