London-born, South Africa-based folk artist Seth Tabatznik unveils his evocative new single “We Are Walking Home”, released January 30th, 2026 via Moth Music. The track, which precedes his sophomore album ]Awakening Embers], blends soulful acoustic folk with African-inspired rhythms, showcasing Tabatznik’s ability to merge intimate songwriting with expansive, cross-cultural arrangements.

Opening with a delicate flute solo and soft, meditative vocals, “We Are Walking Home” gradually builds into a rich tapestry of guitar, strings, and percussion. Midway, the song blossoms into an upbeat, rhythmic section reminiscent of Paul Simon’s Graceland, reflecting Tabatznik’s skill in bridging traditional folk sensibilities with global influences.

This song is about the times of transformation we are in, the tipping point of all things; a time of chaos and destruction, but also of creativity and rebirth; of coming back into our hearts and remembering.”

Mentored by Nick Mulvey and inspired by guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand, Tabatznik’s music carries a spiritual and earthy authenticity, with lyrical themes that explore connection, homecoming, and reflection. With sold-out live shows and over 200,000 streams since his debut in 2024, “We Are Walking Home” solidifies Tabatznik as a rising talent in the modern folk landscape.
